Mentre sulla rete la notizia della morte di Pasikali Kashusbe viene amplificata da siti internet e blogger, specie di quelli si occupano di tematiche LGBTQ, grazie ad alcuni amici quali Sergio Rovasio, segretario dell'Associazione Radicale Certi Diritti; Elio Pollizzotto, esponente di NPWJ a Bruxelles; Ottavio Marzocchi, direttivo dell'Associazione Radicale Certi Diritti e impiegato c/o il Parlamento Europeo; che si sono informati presso associazioni locali ugandesi siamo venuti a conoscenza del fatto che la persona decapitata non è Pasakali e che lui sta bene. La notizia però continua a girare in rete, certo la modalità dell'omicidio e dell'accanimento sul corpo è a dir poco sconvolgente ma dobbiamo, anche per onor di cronaca, dire che tale violenza e barbarie non è riconducibile all'odio per gli omosessuali.

Ha pagato con il suo sangue questa scelta di estrema visibilità, è stato barbaramente ucciso, il suo corpo è stato ritrovato in un bosco con i genitali mutilati e senza testa.
