As advertising ends with the phrase "born free choices from transparent information," the jury has seen fit to criticize the method used by Mineracqua, according to which the advertising was a form of control information required to balance the account with the campaigns that the magazine Altreconomia and free association "are promoted to the public drinking water consumption at the expense of bottled mineral.
for local authorities and citizens (not just consumers) remains the preferred choice of fresh and healthy water from the tap and reflect on the fact that profit from good water means to deceive la società.

The aim of the bill is to protect the environment by reducing pollution from plastic bottles of mineral waters and emissions of trucks carrying water up and down the Trentino.
October starts with the simple observation that the water is of excellent quality in Trentino, and thus, a single home treatment to make it even better and convenient for most discriminating palate. The proposal of October, however, did not like the lawyer Ettore Fortuna, president of Mineracqua, the Italian Federation of Industries of mineral waters and soft drinks. Fortuna wrote in October claiming that the allocation € 100 thousand in favor of operators who purchase equipment for microfiltration and gasificare the water supply violates the principles of free competition enshrined in the Treaty of the European Union.
For President Mineracqua "the provision of public subsidies towards the purchase of machinery for microfiltration the water supply leads to an obvious change in competitive comparison between it and the mineral water and, therefore, is incompatible with EU rules. " Fortuna also adds that in his opinion, the treatments do not improve the quality of microfiltration of the network, but rather deprive it of some essential elements like calcium and iodine.
Finally, Fortuna, chlorine-free water should be consumed within a few hours because, otherwise, could be contaminated. October, however, there is and has responded in kind to the president of the Federation of Producers of mineral water: "The bill I signed is not conducive to other companies, but simply to protect public health by eliminating pollution from transportation and plastic bottles that are thrown away after eating. "
For the provincial council of the Covenant, the issue raised by the bill is anything but commercial, "We are talking about a standard that educate the public to reduce pollution and to comply the environment. No one can convince that it is correct and healthy to import water from other regions to make thousands of miles by truck to pollutants. " October is recognized in Fortuna to be the bearer of legitimate interests, but also explains that the public interest is higher.
